Gemini Fabrication has released the fourth episode in our mini-interview series. Come with us as we take you on a journey to meet some of the leaders and industry experts who help make Gemini Fabrication the #1 Fabricator in Western Canada. Find out from the inside why Gemini has continually set the bar for project delivery, safety and quality with our well-defined execution strategy.

In keeping with the tradition of saving some of the best for last; in this fourth episode of our five-part mini-series, we are chatting with Greg Thiesmann. Greg is an Assembly Superintendent at the 56-acre fabrication facility out in Ponoka, Alberta.

Greg is a great resource and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the execution phase of our large fabrication projects. Greg truly excels at managing the module assembly process, which is one of Gemini Fabrication’s greatest strengths.

“…they don’t just come to get the job done, they don’t just come here for a paycheck. This is where they work and we all work together…”

Greg Thiesmann – Gemini Fabrication

Having leaders like Greg is an integral part of what makes Gemini Fabrication so successful. It takes leadership with experience to keep evolving project demand in check and ensure timely execution.

In this episode Greg chats with us about one of his favorite projects. Take a minute to sit down and watch Episode 04 and hear it straight from Greg!
